Why we collect these documents

Under Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 and the Asset (Money) Laundering Prevention Act, 2008, Threelok is required to verify the identity of all sellers before allowing transactions on the platform (KYC — Know Your Customer).

• Documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised Threelok staff
• Used only for identity verification and fraud prevention
• Retained for a minimum of 5 years per AML regulations, then deleted
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent
